Please check all details (sizes, colors, materials, etc.) detailed in the product page before making your purchase. Refer to the Sizes Guide on the product page to order the right size. If you are not sure about your size, first consult the Shoe Size Table or the Accessory Table, such as rings, hats, etc.
Greek Handmade Box is required to provide the Customer with products without substantial defects and with all agreed properties. Due to the fact that most of the Greek Handmade Box’s products are handmade and not standardized, the Greek Handmade Box does not under any circumstances assume that a product will be the same in all details as the product of the photo on the product page.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order and you can choose between a change of item, a credit balance or a refund.
Please keep in mind that if your products were purchased from a different location, such as from a retailer or a third party online store, you should refer to their return policy.
In order for a refund to be accepted, the products must comply with our return policy
- Products must be returned unworned, intact and unused, have all the labels and the original packaging included.
- When you try on sandals or shoes, please stand on a carpet to try them on and be careful not to damp the soles or damage their packing.
- Shoes, clothing, accessories (bags, jewelry, etc.) and any product must be returned within their original packaging and placed in a protective outer envelope or box with protective blisters for shipment.
Please be cautious when receiving or testing your purchased items and returning the products in the same condition as you received them. Any claims that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
Refunds are not accepted on custom-made products made specifically for you, such as handmade constructions, products labeled “NON-REFUNDABLE” in their description and discount items.
Greek Handmade Box reserves the right to refuse refunds that are not authorized and/or dispatched in accordance with the return terms detailed online and the instructions accompanying each order. In the case of unauthorized or unacceptable refunds, the products will be returned to the original dispatch address with the shipping fee as cash on delivery.
In order to comply with the Product Return time period, a Customer-Consumer declaration must be submitted to the Greek Handmade Box prior to its expiration. The Consumer may make any explicit statement informing him of his / her withdrawal from the Sale Agreement. In order to meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before the product return period ends in electronic form via e-mail to email@example.com.
Instructions for Product Return
To return your purchase, simply follow the instructions below and make sure we receive your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please email us with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receipt.
- Within the next business day, you will receive an email confirming your return request and information about your choices. This email will include instructions on how to properly conduct your product return.
- Be sure to include in your e-mail if you want a change, credit or refund. Fill in the return ticket that will accompany your refund. Please include, if possible, proof of purchase of the Product.
Products can be changed with any available different size or type.
Receipt of returned product
After receiving your returned product, it usually takes the Greek Handmade Box takes 1-2 business days to check the status of the product, after which you will be notified via e-mail if your return has been successfully completed.
Refunds are made after the return of the returned product has been completed.
Refunds are only made to the original Paypal account or bank account used to pay for the order. The processing time varies depending on the bank.
Refund is NOT possible for discount products, gifts, and custom-made products that have the corresponding indication on the product page. In such cases, credit balance and refunds do not apply.
Shipping cost for returning to the Greek Handmade Box or changing items are charged exclusively to the Customer and original shipping costs are not refunded.
Returns should only be sent by post to ELTA by registered letter A’ of priority. Make sure you have a receipt from Post Office as proof that you have sent the package.
